The mountain and lake view from our suite was amazing, and the complimentary wine was a nice touch. We also appreciated the private sauna and hot tub. Location-wise, there was a bus station just a few steps away and a supermarket right at the hotel entrance, making it easy to get around.
We had a very negative experience. The room was not cleaned properly and there were stains on the bed linens.

We loved the location of this hotel, away from the busy city throngs, it boasted spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The room was unique with different themed rooms, and the sauna on the balcony was a real plus. The breakfast was served in a basket every morning, and the staff was exceptional.

Located away from tourist crowds, this hotel offers excellent rooms with plenty of amenities. the rooms are spacious and unique, each with its own theme. For instance, the Maharajah Palace suite boasts a breathtaking view, a big whirlpool, and exotic decor. the bathroom is massive, and the balcony is equipped with a sauna. the service is outstanding, with complimentary drinks and snacks that are refilled daily. Lastly, they bring breakfast to your room in a basket every morning.
The walls seem to be thin, as you can hear noises from the rooms above you.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access all the attractions in the area. The service provided was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were impressed by the room service, housekeeping, and the availability of laundry services. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch that made us feel instantly welcomed. The room itself was outstanding, with modern amenities such as heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The spacious sitting area and terrace provided stunning views of the surroundings, allowing us to truly unwind and relax. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus, keeping us connected throughout our stay. the quality and comfort provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Loved the room style, hot tub, sauna, and balcony with lake view. Breakfast and evening meal in the room were a nice touch. Great value for money with generous space and unique themed rooms. Outstanding service from Dominic, with complimentary drinks and extraordinary breakfast. Spectacular views of lake and mountains.
Couldn't stay longer.
